How to manage subscription and invoices in Stripe
Summary
Section titled “Summary”Click Manage subscription & invoices to open Stripe’s Customer Portal for payment methods, invoices, and cancellation.
Who can do this: Owner, Admin, or Billing Admin.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”An existing billing account / subscription (or finish setup if prompted).
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Click Manage subscription & invoices.
- Complete changes in Stripe’s portal, then return to Looniq.

Result
Section titled “Result”Stripe updates sync back to Looniq entitlements after webhook processing (usually seconds).
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- If checkout just finished, wait for Checkout completed. Your plan will update in a few seconds once Stripe confirms the subscription.
- Plan Grow buttons may open portal or add-ons depending on context.
