How to choose your plan (Step 2 of 4)
Summary
Section titled “Summary”Activate the workspace by choosing a plan under Choose your plan (Step 2 of 4). Payment completes on Stripe.
Who can do this: organization owners and billing admins (message: Only organization owners and billing admins can subscribe for this workspace.).
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”Step 1 complete — you have a Clerk organization. See How to create your organization (Step 1 of 4).
- Open
/admin/onboarding/plan(or continue from Step 1). - Under Plans, pick a plan and billing interval shown in the Stripe pricing UI.
- Complete payment on Stripe’s secure page.
- Return to this tab and wait if you see Confirming your subscription… — the page continues automatically when Stripe finishes.

Result
Section titled “Result”Subscription is confirmed and you move to Choose your public status address (Step 3 of 4).
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- If checkout was cancelled, you see Checkout was cancelled. Pick a plan when you’re ready.
- If Stripe is not configured in the environment, you may see Billing isn’t configured in this environment (local/dev only options may appear).
- For invoices later, use Invoices & payment method → Settings → Billing.
