How to bypass verification for trusted domains

On Business workspaces with verified domains, enable Bypass verification when adding subscribers. Pills show Verified domain — no confirmation if bypass is on or Confirmation email will be sent.

Who can do this: Owner or Admin. Business feature (verified_email_domains).

Prerequisites

Business plan. At least one TXT-verified domain under Settings → System. See How to verify an email domain.

Steps

  1. Open Add subscriber.
  2. Turn on Bypass verification.
  3. Add emails; confirm trusted-domain pills for matching addresses.
  4. Click Invite.

Result

Matching addresses are added as verified without a confirmation email. Untrusted domains still get confirmation.
