What the “since last update” timer means
Summary
Section titled “Summary”Admin incident lists and detail show time since the last timeline post was posted (wall clock), not event time. This is not shown on public status pages.
Who sees this: Admin users on /admin/incidents and incident detail. Not visible to status page visitors.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”An open incident with at least one timeline post.
- Open Incidents or an incident detail page.
- Read the timer states: On track, Due soon, or Needs update.
- On the full timer, use Since last update and the hints Approaching default cadence — consider an update soon. or Past default update cadence — post an update.

Result
Section titled “Result”You know whether you are within the default update cadence (code defaults: warning from 4h, breach at 6h without an update — see sources).
