How to set a custom workspace From address
Summary
Section titled “Summary”Under Workspace sender (From), enable Use custom sending address, pick a mail-verified domain, set Local part, then Save sender.
Who can do this: Owner or Admin. Business plan with a mail-ready domain.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”At least one domain with mail DNS verified. See How to set up custom outbound mail (SendGrid).
- Open Settings → System → sender section.
- Check Use custom sending address.
- Choose Domain and enter Local part.
- Click Save sender.

Result
Section titled “Result”Incident and subscriber emails use the custom From when configured; otherwise the platform default sender is used.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Complete mail verification on a domain above to choose a custom sender.
- Select a mail-verified domain.
