How to open an active incident from the Dashboard
Summary
Section titled “Summary”Active incidents on the Dashboard use the same card shell as the public page, plus admin controls including Update.
Who can edit: Owner, Admin, or Editor. Viewers can view but not update.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”At least one active incident. See How to create an incident.
- Open the Dashboard (
/admin). - Find the incident under Active incidents.
- Click Update on the card (SLA timer control) to open the incident editor.

Result
Section titled “Result”You are on the incident detail page where you can post a New update.
