How to set up custom outbound mail (SendGrid)
Summary
Section titled “Summary”After TXT verification, use Start mail DNS (SendGrid), add the returned records, then Check mail DNS.
Who can do this: Owner or Admin. Business plan. Platform must have SendGrid configured with whitelabel scopes.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”Domain already TXT verified. See How to verify an email domain.
- Open the domain’s Outbound mail (SendGrid) section.
- Click Start mail DNS (SendGrid).
- Add the CNAME/TXT records shown (use Reload DNS rows from SendGrid if the table looks empty).
- Click Check mail DNS until mail shows verified.

Result
Section titled “Result”Status Mail DNS verified — can be selected as sender domain. You can set a custom From address next.
