How to complete or cancel a maintenance window
Summary
Section titled “Summary”Use End maintenance now to complete early, or Cancel this occurrence to keep a record without public impact.
Who can do this: Owner, Admin, or Editor.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”An open or upcoming maintenance occurrence.
- Open the maintenance occurrence detail page.
- To end early: click End maintenance now and confirm (Mark this maintenance as ended now?…).
- To cancel: click Cancel this occurrence and confirm (Cancel this occurrence?…). The row stays for your records and will not appear on the status page or affect service health.
- To delete entirely: use Delete and confirm (Delete this maintenance window?…). This cannot be undone.

Result
Section titled “Result”Service health returns to normal for this window’s services when completed (excluding other open incidents). Cancelled windows no longer appear publicly.
