How to unlock a private status page
Summary
Section titled “Summary”Private pages show a gate. Depending on configuration you may enter Password and Continue, click Continue with SSO, or be admitted automatically on an allowed IP.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”The private page URL and whichever credential your organization gave you (password, SSO account, or corporate network).
- Open the private status page URL.
- If you see Checking network access…, wait — allowed IPs may unlock automatically.
- For password: enter Password, click Continue.
- For SSO: click Continue with SSO (shown with or when multiple methods exist).

Result
Section titled “Result”You reach the normal status page content for this visit (signed gate cookie).
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Incorrect password.
- Too many attempts. Try again later.
- This page doesn’t use a password. Use IP allowlist or SSO if your organization enabled them.
