How notifications are sent to subscribers
Summary
Section titled “Summary”Verified subscribers receive transactional notifications for events on pages they subscribed to, filtered by their preferences (frequency, event types, services). Email is primary; SMS is optional when Twilio is configured.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”None — concept article.
- Operators publish incidents, maintenance, or global alerts to status pages.
- Looniq notifies verified subscribers on those pages according to each subscriber’s preferences.
- Pending subscribers must confirm email (unless Business bypass applies) before receiving updates.
- Subscribers can change channels/preferences or unsubscribe from Manage subscription.
