How to set publishing languages
Summary
Section titled “Summary”On Settings → Languages, configure Publishing languages: primary language and additional languages for public content and URL locales.
Who can do this: Owner or Admin.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”Owner or Admin. Language slots available on your plan (see Billing for limits/add-ons).
- Open Settings → Languages.
- Under Publishing languages, choose Main language for published content (primary).
- Under Also publish in, check additional languages.
- Optionally enable Custom languages packs you created.
- Set default fallback if shown (App default (English) or one of your publishing languages).
- Click Save.

Result
Section titled “Result”Incident, maintenance, and alert editors show language tabs. Public URLs can use those locales.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Select a primary publishing language. if none is chosen.
- Plan limit hints may point you to Settings → Billing to add languages.
