How to download or import subscribers via CSV
Summary
Section titled “Summary”Under Bulk management in the add-subscribers UI: Download all, Download template, and Import CSV.
Who can do this: Owner or Admin.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”Owner or Admin access to Subscribers.
- Open Settings → Subscribers → Add subscriber (bulk management lives with that flow).
- Click Download template to get headers and an example row, or Download all for current subscribers.
- Edit the CSV (rows match by email + status page slug).
- Click Import CSV and choose your file.
- Review Import finished summary (Added / Updated / Unchanged).

Result
Section titled “Result”Imported rows add or update subscribers. Pending addresses may receive a new confirmation email when their row changes; verified rows get preference updates only.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Failed rows can be downloaded via Download error rows (CSV) when shown.
