How to add text message alerts
Summary
Section titled “Summary”When SMS is enabled for the deployment, after email you can check Also notify me by text message, enter your phone, agree to the disclosure, and Verify the code.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”Email subscribe step completed (or existing subscription). Twilio SMS configured for the deployment (operators see status under Settings → System → Text message notifications (Twilio)).
- Click Subscribe (or Add text message alerts / manage flow as shown).
- After email, enable Also notify me by text message (or choose Text message under notification methods).
- Enter Mobile phone (and Country code if shown).
- Read the SMS consent disclosure and confirm agreement as required.
- Continue, then enter Verification code and click Verify.

Result
Section titled “Result”You see Your phone number is verified. You’re subscribed. (or channel verified in preferences).
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- Confirm that you agree to receive text messages before subscribing by SMS.
- That code is not correct. Try again. / That code has expired.
- We could not send a text message right now. Try again later.
- If SMS is not configured, the checkbox does not appear (System page: SMS is not enabled).
