How to edit a subscriber’s preferences
Summary
Section titled “Summary”Open Edit subscription, adjust preferences, and click Save. Email cannot be changed here.
Who can do this: Owner or Admin.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”An existing subscriber row.
- Open Settings → Subscribers.
- Click Edit subscriber on the row.
- Change language, frequency, event types, and service scope as shown.
- Click Save.

Result
Section titled “Result”Future notifications follow the updated preferences.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- If scoped to specific services incorrectly: Choose all services, or select at least one specific service.
