How to read a status page
Summary
Section titled “Summary”A public status page shows overall health, Active incidents, Maintenance, Services, optional banner/links, and footer legal links.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”The page URL from your provider. Private pages require unlock first — see How to unlock a private status page.
- Open the status page URL.
- Check the header for the company/page name and any rollup pill (Degraded or Major outage when not fully operational).
- Read optional banner text and quick links under the header.
- Review Active incidents (expand Timeline for updates).
- Review Maintenance calendar (Next {days} days, In progress, Recently completed).
- Browse Services (optionally enable Affected only).

Result
