How to read a status page

A public status page shows overall health, Active incidents, Maintenance, Services, optional banner/links, and footer legal links.

The page URL from your provider. Private pages require unlock first — see How to unlock a private status page.

  1. Open the status page URL.
  2. Check the header for the company/page name and any rollup pill (Degraded or Major outage when not fully operational).
  3. Read optional banner text and quick links under the header.
  4. Review Active incidents (expand Timeline for updates).
  5. Review Maintenance calendar (Next {days} days, In progress, Recently completed).
  6. Browse Services (optionally enable Affected only).
