How to invite teammates and change roles
Summary
Section titled “Summary”Looniq does not have a separate Members admin page. The Dashboard Members card says to invite people and manage roles from the organization menu in the header.
Typical Clerk roles (simplified setup): Admin (org:admin) gets full access; Member (org:member) maps to Editor (incidents, maintenance, global alerts).
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”You must be able to manage the Clerk organization (usually Admin). See Admin roles and what each can do.
- In the admin header, open the Clerk organization menu.
- Use Clerk’s invite / members UI to add people by email and assign a role. [NEEDS VERIFICATION: exact Clerk invite button labels and role display names in your Clerk dashboard.]
- Optionally confirm pending invites on the Dashboard Members card (it can show pending invite counts from Clerk).

Result
Section titled “Result”Invited users can sign in and open the admin console with the capabilities of their role.
