How to set up SAML SSO for a private page

Enable SAML and complete Step 1 — Register Looniq in your IdP then Step 2 — IdP details. Business plan feature (SAML SSO for private pages).

Who can do this: Owner or Admin. Requires Business sso_public_status_pages.

Prerequisites

Page is Private. Business plan with SAML entitlement.

Steps

  1. Open the status page editor → Private access.
  2. Enable SAML.
  3. In Step 1 — Register Looniq in your IdP, open or Download XML metadata and register Looniq in your IdP.
  4. In Step 2 — IdP details, either Fetch from an IdP metadata URL, Upload XML Metadata, or paste IdP entity ID, IdP SAML 2.0 SSO URL, and IdP signing certificate (PEM).
  5. Save the page.

Result

Visitors can click Continue with SSO on the private gate.
