How to verify an email domain
Summary
Section titled “Summary”Under Verified domains & mail, add a hostname, create the DNS TXT record, then Check TXT.
Who can do this: Owner or Admin. Business plan.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”Business plan. Ability to create DNS TXT records for the hostname.
- Open Settings → System.
- Under Verified domains, enter a hostname and click Add domain.
- Copy TXT name and TXT value into your DNS provider.
- Click Check TXT (or Verify).
- Wait until status shows TXT verified.

Result
Section titled “Result”The domain is trusted for admin bypass when adding matching subscriber emails. You can proceed to mail DNS if desired.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- TXT not verified yet — DNS may still be propagating.
- Without Business, you see the verified email upsell instead of the full panel.
