How to add subscribers

Summary

Section titled “Summary”

From Subscribers, open Add subscriber to invite emails to a status page. By default they receive a confirmation email.

Who can do this: Owner or Admin.

Prerequisites

Section titled “Prerequisites”

At least one status page. Subscriber capacity remaining on your plan.

Steps

Section titled “Steps”
  1. Open Settings → Subscribers (or Dashboard Add subscriber).
  2. Click Add subscriber.
  3. Choose Status page.
  4. Enter one or more addresses under Email addresses.
  5. Optionally adjust Notification preferences.
  6. Click Invite.

Result

Section titled “Result”

You see Confirmation sent to … (unless bypass applies). Pending subscribers appear until they confirm.

Troubleshooting

  • Select a status page. / Add at least one email address.
  • Subscription limit reached for this workspace. (public error equivalent when capacity is full)
  • Invalid or duplicate drafts show inline hints such as Enter a valid email address.
