How to reorder services and categories
Summary
Section titled “Summary”When the workspace has 25 or fewer services, the Services table supports drag-and-drop reorder and category chips. Above that, a flat paginated list is shown instead.
Who can do this: Owner or Admin (canEdit).
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”Owner or Admin. Total services ≤ 25 for drag-and-drop UI.
- Open Settings → Services.
- Drag a category chip using the reorder handle (Reorder category …).
- Optionally click Sort categories A–Z for a quick reset.
- Drag a service row handle (Reorder …) within its category group.

Result
Section titled “Result”Public status pages show categories and services in the new order.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- If you see the many-services hint, drag-and-drop is unavailable until the total is at or below the limit.
